These inaugural pages represent the culmination of a dream several years in the making and have been a labor of love in many ways. My love for dressmaking, fabrics and research of the Civil War Era has evolved from simple hobby to small business thanks in no small part to the love, support and encouragement of many dear friends! I thank God for each one of them, for my husband and family and for the great privilege of being able to do something I really enjoy.....to appreciate and participate in the creation of beautiful things! I think it may be one way He brings healing and wholeness to a war-torn world.
